Greetings from Buenos Aires (Video)

Hello everyone back at home
We arrived in Buenos Aires right on time today after a five (5) hour flight to Washington DC and then a ten (10) hour flight from there to BA. I have never been to South America before and it was somewhat of a surreal experience to hit the ground. It kind of reminded me of when I crossed the Mediterranean going from Spain to Morocco for the 2007 Rally in that it was a new complete change. Flying in I was surprised on how many big rivers were flowing being this far from the Andes. Also it’s the height of summer down here and it stayed light tonight until about 9:30. The city itself reminds me of a cross between Lisbon Portugal and Mexico City. The weather is about 75 degrees and windy and the ocean must be warm because the wind is coming right off the water.
Today we didn’t do to much accept pick up the support vehicles from the dock and the racecars from the airport. Tomorrow it will be time to go to work! I will try to get some photos edited and posted over the next couple days. For now I have uploaded my first ever video that I made myself on to my YouTube page. I made it with just my little point and shoot camera and it’s not much to write home about but I kinda dig the song and always have.
